Roswell police have taken out arrest warrants for the bus driver in the crash that killed two brothers last month.

Charles Talmadge Pitts faces two counts of vehicular homicide and failure to yield from a stop sign in the April 24 crash on Ga. 92 and West Road that killed brothers James Pratt, 18, and Joseph Pratt, 14, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The brothers attended Lassiter High School and were on their way to a dentist appointment when police say their car crashed into a special needs bus.

Police said their BMW T-boned the bus carrying four special needs students from Roswell High School, Channel 2 reported.

The students were one of two fatal wrecks that week. Just before 1:20 p.m. that day, four Langston Hughes High School students were killed when their car crashed into a tractor-trailer on Ga. Campbellton-Fairburn and Butner roads in south Fulton County.

Isaiah Gregory, 15, Cameron Jones, 16, Ke'Ariy Lopez 14, and Octavious Rhodes, 16 were all killed in the crash. A fifth passenger, Lexus Todd was taken to the hospital with severe injuries. She woke from her coma last week.

No charges are expected in that crash.
