Teen killed, at least 4 injured in overnight Albany shooting
A 16-year-old was shot and killed early Wednesday in Albany, and at least four other people were injured.
The shooting, according to the Albany Police Department, happened about 1 a.m. on Meadow Drive near Turner Field Road, where many of the city’s major factories and production plants are located, including Miller Coors Albany brewery.
The case is being investigated by the robbery/homicide and gang unit of the department, according to WALB.
