Athens man wanted in connection with fatal shooting

An Athens man is being sought in the fatal shooting of another Athens man on July 7, according to authorities.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Santonio Raymond Hall, 20, in connection with the fatal shooting of David Mack Collins at Tivoli Apartments in Athens, according to the Athens-Clarke County police department and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Hall’s charges will include voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and criminal attempt to conduct an unlawful drug transaction.

Authorities are requesting assistance from the public in locating Hall, who is 6 feet tall and 185 pounds.
