The vigil took place one-month after the murder of Secoriea Turner in front go the burned out WendyÕs here Rayshard Brooks was shot in his back by Atlanta Police Officers. The Atlanta Police Department has one person in custody but there have been no community witnesses to come forward with information on the 8-year-olds murder.
