Lawrenceville will cover its lawn with pumpkins and the sound of country music in November.

The Gwinnett city will host its fall Harvest Festival from 1-8 p.m. on Nov. 6. Guests will be able to listen to four country acts, paint pumpkins and take a hayride around the downtown square.

Runaway June — an all-woman trio who has opened for country music stars such as Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson and Carrie Underwood — will headline the festival. Lainey Wilson, Kat & Alex and Dirty Grass Soul will also perform on the Lawrenceville Lawn’s stage.

The free event will also include a petting zoo with more than 20 animals on site, as well as several food vendors. Detailed food truck information will be posted on the city’s social media the week of the event.
