Alliance stages musical inspired by APS school closings

The Alliance Theatre will open its 2012-2013 Theatre for Youth series 7 p.m. Oct. 27 with “The Real Tweenagers of Atlanta – The Final Assembly.” The musical is inspired by the Atlanta school board’s decision this spring to close seven schools, including two middle schools.
