More arrests in Georgia mass shooting. One suspect left prison in June.

The GBI announced the arrests of two Middle Georgia men in connection with an Oct. 4 mass shooting at a neighborhood block party in Dooly County that left two people dead and 35 others injured.
The arrests, made public Wednesday, are the second and third in the investigation of midnight bloodshed that rattled the rural town of Vienna. Officials have said that of the 35 injured, 25 were struck by bullets and the others were hurt while fleeing bursts of gunfire.
Officials have yet to divulge what may have prompted the incident.
In a statement announcing the additional arrests, the GBI noted multiple charges against two men from Cordele in neighboring Crisp County.
Kelcey Rashaud Smith, 36, and Johntavious Robinson, 40, were being held on charges that include participation in gang activity, tampering with evidence and firearm possession by a felon.
Investigators on Oct. 9 announced their first arrest, that of a 17-year-old boy from Dooly County on gang and gun-possession charges.
Both Smith and Robinson had been released from prison in the past year, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections.
Robinson, after serving his fifth prison stint since 2006, got out June 30. He has done time for aggravated assault, drug possession and obstruction.
Smith was released from prison last December after a two-year term on unspecified charges, though he has past convictions for distribution of marijuana dating back to 2012, according to the GDC.
Authorities have not divulged what alleged roles the three people arrested may have had in the incident or how they were identified as suspects.
