PHOTOS: Storms, tornadoes sweep across Georgia, US as massive storm leaves at least 35 dead
National Weather Service teams will be conducting a damage survey in the Paulding County/Dallas area which sustained “pretty significant” damage from the storms, NWS Senior Meteorologist Dylan Lusk told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Sunday morning. Residents pounded by unusually vicious weather across parts of the U.S. surveyed damage Sunday from violent tornadoes, high winds and blinding dust storms that decimated homes and other structures and left at least 35 people dead.
