Roswell wants to ensure registered voters have all the information they need when voting for or against Fulton County’s (outside the City of Atlanta) TSPLOST 2 referendum scheduled to be on the ballot Nov. 2.

To help residents understand what the Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax renewal is and how funds generated by the ¾-of-a-penny sales tax supports future transportation projects, Roswell is offering a series of public information meetings both in-person and virtually.

TSPLOST funds projects like roads, bridges, sidewalks, and other improvements and is paid by anyone who buys taxable goods and services in Fulton County. The tax will expire in March 2022, unless Fulton County voters decide to renew it on Nov. 2.
