Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful recently announced 21 high school students as this year’s members of the Green Youth Advisory Council.

Keep America Beautiful affiliate, Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful (GC&B), works with these students through programs like Plant It Forward to create edible and pollinator “learning gardens” and Food Waste Warriors to help find solutions to reduce food waste at several Gwinnett schools. It also engages local school green teams and civic groups like Girl & Boy Scouts of America in cleanup, beautification and other volunteer events.

The 2022 Green Youth Advisory Council includes Amay Shah - Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology, Ariella Ayenesazan – Peachtree Ridge (returning member), Arshan Rafiq – Peachtree Ridge, Cynthia Bui – Mountain View, Daeun (Ella) Lee – Mill Creek, Daniel Jung – Mill Creek (returning member), Danielle Chun – Mill Creek (returning member), Diya Lakwani – McClure Health Science, Emily Laycock – Mill Creek (returning member), Hannah Cook – Brookwood (returning member), John (Jack) Prewitt – Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology (retuning member), Logan Zimmerman – Discovery High (returning member), Mary Morris – North Gwinnett, Miles Simmons – Archer (returning member), Palice Zimmerman – Archer, Samara West – Paul Duke STEM (returning member), Shivali Singh –Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology, Stephanie Ramos – Paul Duke STEM, Suraj Chatoth – North Gwinnett (returning member), Tanner Dilworth – Mountain View (returning member), and Trevor Spake – Brookwood.
