The Duluth City Council recently accepted quitclaim deeds for portions of right-of way and off-street parking areas in the Woodehaven townhome community. Until this change in ownership, sections of off-street parking areas were owned between the city and Woodehaven residents.

This conflict made resurfacing the roadways and portions of the city owned off-street parking areas impossible to complete. By accepting the quitclaim deeds this conflict over responsibility for paving maintenance has been resolved.

The Woodehaven community is located off Peachtree Industrial Boulevard between Ga. 120/Abbots Bridge Road and Pleasant Hill Road.
