Stone Mountain Park is hiring almost 300 seasonal employees for the region's popular spring and summer events, including the new attraction—Dinosaur Explore.

New for 2017, "Dinosaur Explore" features 20 animatronic dinosaurs representing 14 species. At the center of the fun is the Dinotorium, an all-new indoor experience with T. rex meet and greets, baby dinosaur interactions and a dino dig play area.

Stone Mountain Park is hiring team members in food service (leadership, cooks, bussers, dishwashers, hosts/hostesses, and servers); guest services (manager and ticketing cashiers); attractions (shuttle drivers, custodians and SkyHike team members); entertainment (ushers, show technicians, stage managers, puppeteers and performers) and administrative positions. Administrative positions include human resources and attractions. Some full-time positions in maintenance and salaried positions at the campground and finance are also available.

Dinosaur Explore is coming to Stone Mountain Park. The attraction is set to open March 30. The dinosaurs are being moved from sister property Wild Adventures park in Valdosta, which is owned and operated by Herschend Family Entertainment property. Applicants should visit StoneMountainPark.com/jobs for a detailed list, qualifications and instructions. All applications must be completed online, with training beginning soon for many positions. The park is hoping to fill all positions by March 18.

"Spring FUN Break" takes place daily April 1 through April 9 featuring the seasonal return of favorites Geyser TowersSkyHike and the Lasershow Spectacular in Mountainvision.

Stone Mountain Park is located 16 miles east of downtown Atlanta. To get to the park, take I-285 to Exit 39B, Hwy. 78 East. Stone Mountain Park is Exit No. 8 on Hwy. 78.
