Ryan Rodney drew from her travels when decorating her Atlanta condo, but in a different way than some homeowners.
“As a flight attendant, you are always in hotels. I wanted my home to be comfortable and yet modern,” she said. “I specifically did not want to live in a high-rise condo because for me it feels too much like a hotel.”
Her home also pays tribute to her mother, who died of breast cancer in January 2011, by incorporating art that her mother and father owned and bringing in her design mindset.
“My mother was a believer in a home that was comfortable and had style but was inviting to others,” she said. “I wanted to embrace her warm nature and spirit and wanted to reflect that in my home.”
