IHOP will honor veterans and active military members on Friday by offering free food.

The chain is offering a complimentary stack of patriotic Red, White & Blue Pancakes from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Nov. 11 to mark Veterans Day.

The offer includes three pancakes with glazed strawberries, blueberry compote and whipped topping. Those interested in the offer must present military identification. Guests should refer to their local restaurant for details. Select restaurants will offer additional promotions.

“Every year on Veterans Day, IHOP and our franchisees look forward to welcoming our nation’s heroes into our restaurants and serving them a freshly made breakfast all day long in appreciation of their service and sacrifice. I am proud to be part of a brand that honors the brave men and women who dedicate their lives to ensuring our freedom and safety,” said Darren Rebelez, IHOP president. Rebelez is a Gulf War veteran.
