Two metro Atlanta health departments will hold free swine flu vaccination clinics for high-priority groups Saturday.

The clinics will be held by the Clayton County Board of Health and the East Metro Health District, which serves Gwinnett, Newton and Rockdale counties.

The Clayton clinic will offer the injectable vaccine and will be held 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the health office at 1117 Battlecreek Road in Jonesboro. For further information, call 678-610-7199.

The East Metro District will hold clinics from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Norcross Health Center and the Newton County Health Center in Covington. For more information, visit the Web site www.EastMetroHealth.com.

The vaccine will be available to high priority groups including pregnant women, health care and emergency medical workers, people who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months old, people from ages 6 months to 24 years old, and anyone from 25 to 64 who have medical conditions that put them at risk for flu-related complications.
