Photos: Fayetteville couple brings the coast inland

Jason and Bethany Jones bought their Trilith home in 2018. They were drawn to the light, airy space, in which they saw the opportunity to bring in clean neutrals and coastal vibes. The dining nook of Bethany and Jason Jones’ Fayetteville home is chic and bright, with a wall of windows looking out over their covered front porch. A table from Article, chairs from West Elm and an area rug from Crate & Barrel create a layered, textured look with warm woods and cool neutrals. A painting of a heron from Grandin Road brings in a touch of nature, and it also fills one wall with visual interest without introducing too much business. Jason and Bethany Jones used to have a modern, angular chandelier in their dining nook, but when Bethany found the natural capiz shell chandelier at West Elm she knew it would be a better fit for the space. The kitchen of Jason and Bethany Jones’ home is all clean lights and light colors, with Carrera marble countertops from Intown Design and white cabinetry by Cabinetcraft. The glass-fronted upper cabinets on the far side of the kitchen allow the couple to display some color and decoration, like their copper Moscow mule mugs and cookbooks, without cluttering their counters. The owners’ suite in Bethany and Jason Jones’ Trilith home is on the main floor, which was one of the things that originally attracted the couple to their house. Bethany Jones started her design firm, Bethany Jones Interiors, just over a year ago. In the course of the last year, when she decided that she needed to expand her team, she decided to create a studio workspace for her team to gather, brainstorm and spread out materials to form their designs.
