In a series of tweets, Minaj suggests her "Anaconda" video — which was nominated for best female video and best hip-hop video - might have been nominated for video of the year if she were more like Swift - "a different 'kind' of artist' with a video that "celebrates women with very slim bodies."

Swift's "Bad Blood" is up for video of the year. She tweeted at Minaj: "I've done nothing but love & support you. It's unlike you to pit women against each other. Maybe one of the men took your slot."
