Arts Festival brightens Piedmont Park
This year's festival features 200 artist from across the country with about 50 from the greater Atlanta area. The Atlanta Arts Festival was founded by Julie Johnston Tepp with the goal of contributing to the cultural life of the community, specifically by producing a quality fine art/fine craft Festival.
