Wendy's, the third-largest U.S. fast-food burger chain, said Tuesday it's adding boneless chicken wings to its menu.

Wendy's will begin promoting this month its new Sweet & Spicy boneless wings. The wings also will come in Bold Buffalo and Honey BBQ flavors.

An order of boneless wings, containing seven to nine pieces depending on weight, will start at a suggested price of $3.99. A national advertising campaign starts June 22.

Wendy's is based in Dublin, Ohio, but it's owned by the Atlanta-based Wendy's/Arby's Group.
