Atlanta-based DS Waters of America Inc., which provides bottled drinking water, brewed beverages and water filtration systems, said it is acquiring the office coffee and water filtration service divisions of Everett, Wash.-based Cascade Coffee Inc.

Financial terms of the deal with Cascade, which produces the Compass Creek coffee brand and mainly serves the Pacific Northwest, were not disclosed.

Last month, DS Waters announced it would be acquired by an affiliate of Crestview Partners, a New York private equity firm. Financial terms of that deal also were not disclosed, but DS Waters said its headquarters would remain in Atlanta.

The Cascade Coffee deal is DS Waters’ first acquisition since it acquired Standard Coffee Service Co. in 2012.

DS Waters’ bottled water brands include Belmont Springs, Crystal Springs, Deep Rock, and Sierra Springs. Its brewed coffees and teas are sold under such brands as Standard and Javarama.
