Vystar secures $3 million in debt financing

Duluth-based Vystar Corp., creator of Vytex Natural Rubber Latex, said it has secured $3 million in debt financing. The funds will be used for inventory and working capital needed for growth expected in 2011, the company said.

Vytex is a patented, all-natural raw material that reduces antigenic proteins found in natural rubber latex. The company says it can be used in more than 40,000 products including adhesives, balloons, surgical and exam gloves, mattresses, pillows and sponges.
