Vestar Technologies is bringing at least 75 new jobs to Georgia with a new headquarters in Covington.

The company, which manufactures specialty metal products, will open a 99,000 square-foot plant that could eventually host 140 employees.

Vestar Technologies chief executive Robin Cook said the company “is well positioned for growth in the industries we serve and in the opportunities this means for the people of the Covington area.”

Georgia’s Quick Start workforce program will help develop training classes for the company’s employees.
