Two elected as Coca-Cola directors

Coca-Cola Co. said Thursday that two new members have been elected to the global beverage company’s board of directors.

The terms of Marc Bolland, chief executive officer of British retailer Marks & Spencer Group PLC, and David Weinberg, chairman and CEO of the investment management firm Judd Enterprises Inc., become effective Feb. 18.

Bolland, 55, is a former chief operating officer of brewer Heineken International NV.

Weinberg, 62, is also president of Digital Band Width LLC, an early-stage communications technology investment firm.

Coca-Cola’s board will comprise 17 directors when Bolland and Weinberg join it.
