TopGolf hiring 450-plus for new Alpharetta complex
TopGolf, a sports entertainment complex, said it plans to hire more than 450 workers for a new location in Alpharetta.
The chain plans to open a 60,000-square-foot facility in May at 10900 Westside Parkway and is accepting online applications for bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, bussers, food runners and hosts/hostesses, among other positions.
The Alpharetta location will be the company’s first in Georgia. The three-floor complex will have 102 hitting bays, a rooftop terrace, bars and food. The golf balls are equipped with microchips that track each shot for accuracy and distance. Points are gained by hitting targets in an outfield.
TopGolf estimates it will serve 450,000 visitors its first year of operation in Alpharetta, with a 10-year economic impact of more than $264.5 million.
In addition to the online applications, the company will hold a series of auditions, including team-building activities, relay races with serving trays, a dance competition, and opportunities for applicants to plan a special event for TopGolf.
The recruitment sessions will be held at the Westside Parkway location on Saturdays and Sundays from March 22 through April 13, plus two Mondays, March 24 and April 7. Starting times vary.
