Tom Bell lands at Goddard
Tom Bell, former chairman and CEO of Cousins Properties, will become vice chairman and partner of Goddard Investment Group, effective Jan. 1, 2010, Goddard announced Friday.
"I want to put my experience at Cousins to good use, and I can't think of a better partner than Goddard," Bell said in a statement. "I am joining a first-class team and look forward to contributing."
Goddard is a privately held firm investing in comercial real estate, primarily in Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Denver and Miami.
