ABOL Software, an Atlanta-based provider of shipping software supported by the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and other carriers, will be acquired by MetaPack Group, a United Kingdom provider of ecommerce technology that connects shippers with carriers.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ABOL’s multi-carrier shipping software supports more than 60 carriers domestically and internationally, allowing retailers to track deliveries and better manage shipments.

“The move will enable us to offer more competitive cross-border delivery services to [European] retailers, while allowing them to venture into new markets and drive business growth,” MetaPack founder Patrick Wall said in a statement.

Last year the company acquired XLogics, another European shipping software provider.
