Taco Bell fans can make a run for the border a day early for the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos.

The fast food chain announced on Facebook and Twitter that its fans can get the anticipated new Doritos Locos Taco today.

“We’re letting our fans buy Cool Ranch DLT a day early! See you on March 6th,” the post says.

Taco Bell announced earlier this year that it would release the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos on March 7.

The Bell is obviously hoping lightening will strikes twice.

The company released the nacho cheese-flavored Doritos Locos Tacos in 2012, and it was their most successful product launch ever, officials said. More than 350 million have been sold in less than a year.

"Originally, we had planned to launch the Cool Ranch flavor in the same year as the introduction of Doritos Locos Tacos," Taco Bell Corp. CEO Greg Creed said in a release. "However, the demand for Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos was so strong that we worked closely with our partner Frito-Lay to increase our capacity and meet the needs of both Doritos Cool Ranch and Nacho Cheese fans."

Some Ohioans are already accustomed to Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos, as they were tested in several Taco Bell restaurants in the Toledo area for more than six months.
