HD Supply acquires Marietta business
Atlanta-based HD Supply is purchasing a Marietta business that makes customized marketing supplies, including signage, stationary and promotional products, for medical facilities, schools, churches and funeral homes.
The company, Peachtree Business Products, will be part of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, which supplies maintenance, repair and operations products to governments and healthcare providers.
In a statement, HD Supply executives said the purchase enhances the depth and diversity of its products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
