Age: 51

Occupation: Associate nurse executive, Medical Specialty Care Services, Veteran Affairs Medical Center (Atlanta).

What I'm wearing: "A powder blue-and-black St. John collection, three- piece suit with silver piping from Nordstrom; accessorized with Brighton heart-shaped jewelry (earrings, bracelet, and necklace) with a coordinating belt from Belk's at Phipps Plaza; and black suede pumps with snakeskin heels by Cole Haan from Neiman Marcus."

Signature style: "Conservative, classic and timeless. I stay away from trendy styles and prefer traditional styles that transcend over time."

Best finds: "When I purchase a St. John suit at a 40 percent to 60 percent savings."

Fashion weakness: "Because I am a conservative and traditional dresser, I have a tendency to purchase clothing as an ensemble, [as] opposed to mixing and matching pieces."

Favorite stores: "Belk's, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and St. John Boutique."

Fashion inspiration: "My mother has always been one of my fashion inspirations. She instilled in me the importance in investing in quality, classic clothing that I could enjoy over the years. I have vintage clothing in my wardrobe that I know is 30- to 40-years-old, that was passed down from my mother that I still enjoy wearing today. Other fashion inspirations for me were former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Princess Diana and now First Lady Michelle Obama."

Pet peeve: "When the jewelry doesn't match. Silver with silver, gold with gold, pearls with pearls and diamonds with diamonds."

Best fashion compliment: "Each time I'm wearing a St. John design — whether it's from the evening, basic, couture or sports collections — I receive raving compliments, and everyone wants to know what I'm wearing."
