Online marketing firm MailChimp will move into Ponce City Market, another major lease for the redevelopment of the former Sears distribution center east of downtown Atlanta, according to published reports.

MailChimp, which specializes in email marketing services, will lease more than 100,000 square feet in the massive brick structure along the eastern trail of the city’s Beltline, according to real estate publication Bisnow. Developer Jamestown Properties previously announced leases with health care IT firm Athenahealth and digital marketing and financial technology company Cardlytics.

Jamestown acquired the building, as formerly known as City Hall East, from the city of Atlanta in 2010 for $27 million. The developer plans to turn the building into a mix of shops, eclectic office space and high-end apartments.
