Print shop division leases in Sandy Springs

Moore Wallace, a division of RR Donnelley & Sons, the largest printing company in North America, has taken 11,000 square feet of office space at 1117 Perimeter Center West, according to Lincoln Property Co., which worked on the deal.

That brings the five-story, 391,000-square-foot class A office complex to 88 percent occupancy. The building, near the Sandy Springs MARTA station, is owned by Colony Realty Partners.
