NexTraq is moving its headquarters to Perimeter Crossing at Lake Hearn in Sandy Springs from 1327 Northmeadow Parkway in Roswell. It will take 20,000 square foot in its new offices, growing by 5,000 square feet.

The company, which makes tracking software with GPS for fleets of five to more than 500 vehicles, recently rebranded from Discrete Wireless to NexTraq. The headquarters has more than 80 employees.

Mike Scarbrough, NexTraq’s CEO, said the firm needed to move because of its rapid growth. He said the company is “hiring aggressively” in the areas of customer service, development, marketing and sales.

Gina DeRaffele of Ackerman & Co. represented NexTraq in the deal, while Tom Parker represented the landlord, Scott & Associates.
