A 94,966-square-foot retail shopping center on Buford Highway has new owners.

Duluth Station, anchored by a Publix grocery store, was sold to Forge Capital Partners  for $8.2 million, according to a news release from the Atlanta office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., who represented the seller, L&B Realty Advisors, LLP.

The shopping center sits on 14 acres at 2750 Buford Highway. In addition to the grocery store, Great Clips, H&R Block, Kauffman Tire, Kumon Learning, State Farm and Subway have locations in the shopping center, according to the release.

The purchase was made "free and clear of debt," and the shopping center is 79 percent leased, the release said.
