Morris & Raper Intown, an Atlanta-based real estate agency that specializes in property sales inside I-285, has been purchased by Susan Fessler, a former broker with Morris & Raper Realtors, the company announced Monday.

The sale price was not disclosed and the purchase does not include Morris & Raper Realtors, a spokeswoman said.

Morris & Raper Intown, which opened in 2001 and has 42 agents, will keep its current office space in the Mayfair Complex, near the W Hotel in Midtown, according to a news release.

The agency serves traditional real estate clients, builders, capital investors, foreclosure and short-sale clients, the news release said.

Agency founders Gail Raper and Janis Kirtz will continue their roles with Morris & Raper Realtors. Raper will work with builders and developers and Kirtz will lead an expansion of the agency’s consulting services, the spokeswoman said.
