Macy's adds jobs in Johns Creek
Macy's is adding 150 positions in Johns Creek over the next two years.
Already, more than 1,000 people work at Macy's Systems and Technology on State Bridge Road, where workers support macys.com and bloomingdales.com. The jobs will be posted at www.macysJOBS.com, which is set to launch at the end of January.
The company is purchasing and expanding within a building it partially occupies, according to Macy's.
Nationwide, the company is adding 725 jobs over two years to support the websites. It is also adding positions in New York and San Francisco, and building or expanding fulfillment centers in West Virginia and Tennessee.
