What: A youth sports tournament complex and mixed-use retail and entertainment development on more than 1,200 acres in Bartow County

When: Just opened for its first season of sports. It is starting with wakeboarding, beach volleyball and baseball. The Terminus WakePark, a cable-pulled wakeboarding facility has opened. Sand volleyball, baseball, and the soccer and lacrosse complexes open in June for their first tournaments.

Plans: The project will include tournament-quality facilities for about 30 sports, including baseball, fast-pitch softball, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, track and field, martial arts and gymnastics.

Coming soon:

Spring 2015 — Developers will start the north campus. The first hotels will open on the south campus.

Fall 2015 —Indoor sports complex, track and field, Boomtown entertainment district are scheduled to open.

Spring 2016 —Greg Norman Golf Academy scheduled to open.
