Jones Lang LaSalle selected

Chicago-based Capri Capital Partners has hired Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels to provide asset management services for the W Atlanta Hotel & Residences in downtown Atlanta.

Capri assumed primary ownership of the property last month from Atlanta-based Barry Real Estate Companies. Barry will continue to have active involvement in parts of the project.
