Six metro Atlanta companies appeared on Monster.com's "Mega Monster 100" list of companies that made the most hires overall in 2016. Though the healthcare industry continues to rank high on job growth charts, in 2016 the largest job gains were recorded in the professional and business services industries. Here are ATL’s top companies.

This shipping giant ranked 4th nationwide on the number of new job openings in 2016. Though many of these were part-time or seasonal positions, other long-term career options at UPS exist for drivers and mechanics. Other professional roles include sales and marketing, IT, finance, engineering and customer service.
