‘Black Ink Crew’

VH1’s reality series has featured African-American-owned tattoo shops in Harlem and Chicago and is now looking for a shop in another city. If you and your employees fit the bill, you could bring the series to Atlanta!

What are they looking for?

Casting directors are looking for brick-and-mortar neighborhood tattoo shops that work like a family while representing their city and neighborhood.

How do I submit?

Interested shop owners should submit a two-minute video to blackink@bigfishusa.com telling why "Black Ink Crew" should feature your shop, employees and city. Also include photos and videos of the employees who would appear on camera.

Healthcare at College Park, a nursing home in Fulton County, GA, stands shuttered with its door chained on July 26, 2025, having closed in recent months.  Researchers at Brown University developed a list of U.S. nursing homes they predicted were at risk of closing based on 2023 data, and would be at elevated risk of closing due to the One Big, Beautiful Bill Act's cuts to Medicaid. Healthcare at College Park was on their list.  It survived past its last federal inspection in August of 2024 but has now closed down.
