More than 10 employers, including Walgreens, will gather for a Douglasville job fair Tuesday afternoon.
The Georgia Department of Labor and West Georgia Technical College will co-sponsor the fair from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Douglasville Conference Center. GDOL staff will be on site to screen the applicants.
Jobs will be available in administration, clerical, construction, customer services, forklift operation, industrial, maintenance, production, sales and warehousing.
Employers already registered for the job fair include: Ambassador, Carauster Industries, Elwood Staffing, Express Employment Professionals, Fastenal, Janus International, Kelly Services, Labor Finders, Mando, Preferred Personnel, Print Pack, Sugar Foods Corporation and Walgreens.
Applicants seeking to find a job are encouraged to bring a resume and dress appropriately to improve their opportunities. Job seekers planning to attend the job fair are encouraged to visit www.employgeorgia.com to create an account and upload or create a resume. Having an Employ Georgia account and resume expedites the interview process.
