1. Henssler Financial (81 employees)

At Henssler Financial, one of Atlanta's largest wealth management firms, employees get to know their clients on a deeper level, so they can serve them better. Comments on the survey show that the company’s employees feel valued and supported. One employee wrote, “I am learning every day. I have the resources I need to do a good job, and I feel that I am making a great contribution to the firm.”
2. Integrated Financial Group (69 employees)
200 Ashford Center N #400, Atlanta.
The company calls itself the “The Brain Trust” because it believes it takes a team to tackle today's complex financial climate. “I have the freedom to do as well as I desire,” one employee said in the survey. “My potential is unlimited,” said another.
3. Moore Stephens Tiller (80 employees)
780 Johnson Ferry Road NE # 325, Atlanta.
The company offers accounting, business and financial services both regionally and internationally. For more than 50 years, Moore Stephens Tiller said it has adopted a personalized, down-to-earth strategy to reach its clients. The company said it values its employees on “a personal level.”

4. Peachtree Planning Corporation (54 employees)
5040 Roswell Road, Atlanta.
For the past six years, Peachtree Planning Corporation has secured a spot on the AJC’s list of top workplaces. Founded in 1987, Peachtree Planning is distinguished for its services in wealth planning and client management strategies. Employees are encouraged to have one-on-one relationships with clients: "I am able to make a difference in people’s lives,” said one employee in the survey.
5. The Piedmont Group (73 employees)
1050 Crown Pointe Parkway #1800, Dunwoody.
The financial group aims to make customers' lives easier by creating, implementing and sustaining financial solutions. Employees are granted independence and flexible work schedules. Testimonials from the company speak to how the corporation values its employees. They wrote in their surveys: “I feel appreciated" and “I get to make my own schedule and makes lots of money. I love everyone I work with as well.”
