TreeSummit, an apartment community in Duluth has been purchased by Norfolk, Va.-based Harbor Group International for $33.9 million.

The 660-unit complex was sold by Wilwat Properties of Atlanta, according to Cushman & Wakefield who brokered the deal.

The 78 acre property has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment and townhouse units in two- and three-story buildings. The complex was built in two phases 394 units constructed in 1994 and 266 units in 1996, a news release said.
