Atlanta-based Document Technologies Inc., a provider of discovery and on-site facilities management services to law firms and corporate law departments, announced Monday that it has acquired Daticon EED, a leader in electronic discovery services.

The combined company will have offices in 20 markets nationwide.

DTI has annual revenue of $130 million, with more than $70 million of that coming from discovery services, the company said.
