The Atlanta Regional Commission on Friday will release the preliminary results of the 2013 Metro Atlanta Speaks survey, a first-of-its-kind study of the 10-county region that examines what residents see as the area's biggest challenges and where we'll be in three or four years.
The results are being released Friday morning at the ARC's annual State of the Region breakfast and will be available on myajc.com.
