Coca-Cola Refreshments, the bottling and sales division of Coca-Cola Co., will drop about 80 third-party contractor jobs from its Wildwood offices in early November. The company is consolidating its outside service providers and contractors for information technology.

The services currently provided by the staffing firms will be handled out of Ohio and the Philippines. No Coca-Cola employees will be affected by the staffing change, according to the company.

"We use a variety of IT staffing methods to support the size and complexity of our North American organization," CCR said in a statement. "We are committed to treating everyone fairly and with respect, and outside service contractors affected by this consolidation are welcome to apply for the roles we have open in our in-house IT organization."

Coca-Cola Refreshments said it is recruiting for about 40 jobs in its in-house IT shop.
