Food industry veterans Sam Haddock and Dick Holbrook have taken full ownership of the J. Christopher’s brand, including franchising rights, intellectual property and two company owned restaurants.

Haddock and Holbrook formed a partnership in 2007 with Jeff McCann and Chris Brogdon, founders of J. Christopher’s, to create Atlanta-based J. Christopher’s Restaurants LLC.

McCann and Brogdon have relinquished their part of the corporate business but will continue to operate 18 of the restaurants through licensing agreements. Brogdon also runs restaurants in Macon and the Nashville area through franchise agreements.

J. Christophers, which serves breakfast and lunch, has 22 restaurants. Haddock and Holbrook have spent more than 30 years each in the restaurant business, holding executive positions or franchises with the Arby’s, Popeyes, Rally’s Hamburgers and Moe’s Southwest Grill brands.
