Lincoln Property Co., a Dallas-based commercial real estate company, announced that Chick-fil-A has signed a 51,454-square-foot lease to expand at Airport-West Distribution Center.
The building, owned by a Morgan Stanley affiliate, is located at 5295 Buffington Road in Atlanta, about five minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and just yards from the entrance to Chick-fil-A's headquarters.
Lincoln Property said Chick-fil-A has taken occupancy of its new space and with the expansion, now occupies over 103,000 square feet of Airport-West.
