College Park-based Chick-fil-A has announced its latest territories for expansion. The company will open its latest restaurants in Arnold, Mo. (south of St. Louis) on Sept. 9 and in Casa Grande, Arizona (south of Phoenix) on Sept. 16.

Chick-fil-A has only four locations each in Missouri and Arizona. The company just passed the 1,500-restaurant mark, and posted $1.5 billion in sales in the first six months of 2010. That equates to a 9.5 percent overall increase and a 3.75 percent increase at stores open at least one year.
