Fast-food franchise opportunities are as plentiful as french fries, but which company offers the best deal when it comes to start-up costs, annual royalties, marketing fees and other bills the franchisee will face?
QSR magazine is out with its annual “Best Franchise Deals” list, spotlighting quick-service and fast-casual brands that offer the best bang for the invested buck.
Some of the restaurants making the list, like Burger 21, Tin Drum Asiacafé and Shane’s Rib Shack, already have a metro Atlanta presence, while others, such as Old Carolina Barbecue Co. and Teriyaki Madness, have yet to fire up a kitchen locally.
Making the list are “The Hungry Upstarts” laying the groundwork for growth; “The Rising Stars” ready for the national spotlight; and “The Powerbrokers,” which have name recognition and profit potential. There’s also the “Hall of Famers” that make the list “year in and year out.”
