Von Maur, the Iowa department store chain that opened its first Georgia location in November, is expanding in the market.

Von Maur will be taking the space at Perimeter Mall that is being vacated by Bloomingdale's. It is Von Maur's second location in the state. Its first is at North Point Mall in Alpharetta.

Bloomingdale's is starting its going-out-of-business sale Sunday, and it is expected to run for 10 weeks. The store is one of four Bloomingdale's that are closing nationwide.
